How to Adjust a Cantilever Arm on a Touchless Car Wash Machine

Cantilever Adjustment Procedure

   Loosen the Fixing Screws

   The cantilever arm is secured by two screws, one on the front and one on the back.

   Loosen both screws slightly, but do not remove them completely. They only need to be loose enough for the arm to be repositioned.

   Realign the Cantilever Arm

   Pull the cantilever arm back into position so that it remains horizontal with the upper frame of the machine.

   Make sure the two foam outlets and the blower outlet are not blocked. Once the position is correct, re-tighten the fixing screws.

   Check the Position Through the Remote-Control System

   Open the remote-control system and enter the store name. Select Remote Monitoring, then enter Manual Mode.

   Select Reverse Manual Mode and move the cantilever to the required angle. Release the control, then select Run and Reset.

   Verify the Cantilever Position

   After reset, confirm that the cantilever returns to the same position that was adjusted manually.

   If the positions do not match, repeat the adjustment and reset procedure until they are consistent.

   Secure the Final Position

   Once the alignment is confirmed, remove the front fixing screw and prepare the electric drill.

   Keep the drill straight and use a 6 mm drill bit to carefully deepen the hole by approximately 3–5 mm.

   Clean the hole, reinstall the screw, and tighten it firmly. Repeat the same procedure for the rear fixing screw.
