How to Deploy the SPARKOZ TN70 Pro Commercial Cleaning Robot
Share
The SPARKOZ TN70 Pro is an autonomous commercial floor cleaning robot designed for large and high-traffic environments. It is available in Disc Brush and Cylindrical Brush configurations.
A reliable deployment mainly involves preparing the site, creating an accurate map, configuring the cleaning task, setting up the charging station, and completing a full test mission before routine operation.

SPARKOZ TN70 Pro Deployment Process
The complete deployment workflow consists of six main steps.
- 01 Service Login
- 02 Install Charging Station
- 03 Create Map
- 04 Edit Map
- 05 Deploy Charging Station
- 06 Test Cleaning Mission
Watch the TN70 Pro Deployment Process
Follow the complete SPARKOZ TN70 Pro deployment process, including service login, charging station setup, mapping, map editing, charging station deployment, and cleaning mission testing.
Prepare the Site and Charging Area
Walk through the cleaning area before beginning deployment. Confirm the cleaning zones, restricted areas, task schedule, parking position, and charging location.
The charging station should be positioned against a wall with a clear approach path. Keep the surrounding area free of obstacles and reflective materials that could interfere with docking.
Build a Reliable Map
Choose a stable starting point with a wall or another clear environmental reference nearby.
During mapping, move the TN70 Pro smoothly and mainly in straight lines. Keep the forward speed below 1 m/s and make slow turns below 20°/s.
Complete closed loops, cover the full cleaning area, and avoid unnecessary repeated scanning.
Review the Map and Create the Cleaning Task
Save the map and inspect its quality before creating a cleaning task.
If obvious ghosting, distortion, or incorrect loop alignment appears, remap the affected area instead of relying on inaccurate map data.
Add virtual walls or restricted zones where necessary, then create the cleaning task that best matches the site.
Deploy the Charging Station and Run a Test Mission
Configure the charging station on the map and verify that the TN70 Pro can automatically navigate back, align with the station, and begin charging.
After charging verification, run one complete cleaning mission. Observe the robot's navigation, docking behavior, obstacle handling, and route execution.
Once the complete workflow operates correctly, the TN70 Pro is ready for routine autonomous cleaning.
TN70 Pro Deployment Checklist
- ✓ Map quality has been checked
- ✓ Operating boundaries are clearly defined
- ✓ Charging access is clear
- ✓ Automatic docking works correctly
- ✓ Cleaning route has been verified
- ✓ One complete cleaning mission has been tested
After Deployment
After the robot enters routine operation, regularly check map accuracy, charging access, cleaning components, sensors, and task performance. If the site layout changes significantly, review the map and cleaning routes before continuing autonomous operation.
