All Robot.icu products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects and material faults.

  • Warranty Duration:

    • Motors, actuators, controllers — 12 months from the purchase date

    • Sensors, cables, accessories — 6 months from the purchase date

  • Warranty Coverage:
    Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Not Covered:
    Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or external factors (such as water, fire, or voltage spikes).

🔄 2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Robot.icu.
If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Within 30 days of delivery

  • Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals

  • Non-returnable: Customized, special-order, or clearance items unless defective

  • Standard Repair Time: 7–15 business days after receipt

  • Repair Cost:

    • Under warranty: Free (excluding shipping)

    • Out of warranty: Quoted case by case

  2. Receive a service ID and shipping instructions

  3. Our engineers will inspect, repair, and notify you once completed
